Responsibility
- highland Joinery and Glazing provide high quality and bespoke architectural joinery items, and traditional glazing
- monitoring the phone system, and taking enquiries
- issuing quotations prepared by colleagues
- highland Joinery and Glazing contractors has recently been acquired by Kishorn Holdings, and is now looking for an office administrator/customer service professional to join the team at the work shop offices in Dalcross industrial estate
- procuring material, for both workshop and glazing
- kishorn Holdings also own Kishorn Heritage Limited, a company providing luxury and high-quality construction services to estates and large homes across the country
- pricing glazing, and helping organising glaziers
- highland Joinery and Glazing now supports Kishorn heritage projects, as well as servicing other customers, both existing and new to a very high standard
Requirements
- proficient in using Google Suite
- familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and experience with QuickBooks software is a plus
