- becomes Company Secretary and Data Protection Officer
- prepare financial reports for all Board and committee meetings
- monitor incurred expenditure and contracts with all park tenants and users
- management of bookings of Trust facilities including allotment tenants
- shared management of website based fundraising activities
- general administration and management of primary email address
- fundraising activities including grant applications
- manage, on a day-to-day basis, the financial affairs of the Trust, maintaining accurate accounts, to ensure that the annual reports, accounts, and returns are completed accurately and on time
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- experience of using accountancy software
- experience of Sage, WordPress and MailChimp
- interest in environmental and community issues
- relevant: 2 years
