Responsibility

  • to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • you will be taking over a proven system and method of working
  • the role includes management of vehicles, repairs and servicing to include legal inspection requirements, including driver hours
  • this will include assisting in the formulating of strategy, improving performance, procuring resources and effecting compliance
  • the Operation Manager will take over the existing processes and practices, being responsible for all the operational day to day running of the business
  • your primary role will be
  • working with the Managing Director and closely with an Operations Assistant, you will be directly responsible for a yard team and several site foremen together with crews
  • 1st point of contact for the yard and site teams
