Responsibility
- we are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Car Body Shop General manager
- this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operations of our car body shop office, workshop and paint shop
- greet and assist customers, providing them with exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- manage the office reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- complete data capture sheets, input and process estimates from the clients
- schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and manage the workshop's appointment system
- coordinate and process paperwork related to vehicle repairs, insurance claims, and customer invoices
- communicate with insurance companies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate documentation and ordering of parts and materials
Requirements
- previous experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in an automotive or car body shop setting
- strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing paperwork and records
- ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- professional and friendly demeanour with exceptional customer service skills
- knowledge of automotive terminology and repair processes is preferred but not essential
- supervising experience: 1 year
