Working hours

  • part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • this is an office based position, preferably Monday to Friday, approximately 25 hours a week
  • salary shown is pro rata
  • first point of contact for clients – new and existing – either by phone, email or face to face
  • prepare documents for client meetings – including compliance checking and financial
  • reports
  • highclere Wealth is a successful Independent Financial Advice Practice. We provide financial advice to private clients in the London and Thames Valley
  • we are a small friendly team, based in a rural location in Woodspeen just outside of Newbury and are looking for a part time Client Support Administrator, to join our growing team

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • good administration experience
  • experience in Financial/Accounting/Legal firms advantageous
  • keen eye for detail and following procedures
  • confident to speak to clients and providers
  • administrative experience: 1 year
