Responsibility

  • the Role is responsible for
  • leading on All Site Development
  • completing routine and emergency repairs to equipment, fixtures, fittings and building systems on site
  • ensure that electrical instillations meet the required standards and checks are completed

Requirements

  • electrical Installation and Plumbing experience
  • FLT / Telehandler Licence / Mini Digger – Training will be given
  • knowledge of networks / networks cabling would be preferable
  • previous Experience of Site Maintenance work with Specialist skill as outlined above
  • maintenance: 1 year
  • network Cabling: 1 year
  • this role can either be full time or part time 1 to 5 days per week or 10 to 45 hours per week
  • electrical wiring: 1 year
