Responsibility

  • overseeing, managing and constantly developing the bidding process for HQC
  • contributing to all commercial enquiries, PQQ’s and tenders. Ensuring all pricing quotations
  • are issued with appropriate Terms & Conditions
  • assessing and addressing the technical and commercial risks relating to the bid they are working on
  • working with key members of the business to obtain the information required to compile the bid
  • overseeing the compilation of company project experience credentials documents, formatted CV's capability statements and qualitative information to support bids
  • ensuring accurate detailed quotations in the required timescales in accordance with the customer's specific requirements
  • responsible for the provision of resource tables, associated fees and draw-downs required for compliant proposals and also throughout live projects to support the resource team and maintain accurate contractual information
