Responsibility
- perform general maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns and garden areas
- plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- clean and maintain walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas
- operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment
- assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
- remove trash and debris from outdoor areas
- monitor and report any issues or concerns with the grounds
Requirements
- previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required
- knowledge of basic gardening techniques and equipment operation
- ability to work independently and follow instructions
- strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- supervising: 1 year
- groundskeeping: 1 year
