  • we currently have a vacancy for an Accounts Clerk, based at our Head Office in Letchworth Garden City
  • we currently have a vacancy for a Credit Control Clerk, based at our Head Office in Letchworth Garden City
  • key Responsibilities
  • monitor the Accounts receivable mailboxes and act as appropriate
  • respond to customer inquiries to resolve issues quickly and in a professional manner, liaising with the Orders Team where appropriate
  • manage timely and courteous collection of customer payments according to terms and chase larger payments becoming due
  • ensure that potential bad debtors are highlighted in a timely manner
  • allocation of payments to accounts and other relevant records
