Responsibility
- drive incremental revenue opportunity through digital sales inquiry lead management and service prospecting activities
- handling face-to-face inquiries from customers
- drive continuous improvement across all services and processes to ensure efficiency
- assisting and Advising the customers
- first contact investigating and resolving customers’ problems
- developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
- work closely with the Director and team to ensure all service products and tools are maintained in line with current business performance and opportunities
- regular meetings with the Director to discuss improvements to the customer service
