- monitor live trips, proactively addressing delays or operational issues to minimize disruptions
- ensure compliance with transport regulations and company safety policies
- maintain accurate records of transport activities using the Transport Management System and produce reports as required
- liaise with clients, providing delivery updates and resolving queries to maintain high customer satisfaction
