Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • experience in the installation, termination and testing of Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6A copper cabling systems
  • experience in the installation and splicing of fibre optic cabling systems
  • experience of testing copper and fibre optic systems to industry standards using OTDRs and Optical Light Loss testers
  • undertake Network Audits and complete reports and paperwork
  • installation of wall mounted and free standing cabinets and accessories
  • work independently and ensure Infrastructure builds are completed on time and to Hex standards
  • ability to read technical site drawings
