- heronhill are well known, specialist distributors of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and humidification equipment based in Wellington, Somerset
- the Position
- providing load calculations
- advising on product selections
- the role, to work alongside our existing TSE, is an ideal opportunity for an experienced air conditioning/ refrigeration service engineer who is looking to come off the tools and move into an office based technical role
- providing application assistance
- system diagnostics/troubleshooting
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
- proficiency in Linux operating systems
- experience with ServiceNow or Remedy ticketing systems
- IT experience and a good understanding of HVAC controls recommended/essential
- familiarity with LAN/WAN configurations and troubleshooting
- attention to detail
- knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
