- ensure smooth day to day running of the office
- manage and maintain office cleanliness at all times
- dealing with repairs, improvements and supporting building projects

- management of Office and Event diary
- booking meetings and updating office diary accordingly
- adding holiday to office diary and team members leave
- reception duties, answering calls and responding to emails
- keep inventory lists up to date and run regular cost comparisons on kit and consumables
- upload and manage invoice reconciliation
- update costings spreadsheet with tenant spends
- invoicing tenants
- arrange staff social events
Requirements
- have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels
- be an enthusiastic self-starter
- excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
