Requirements

  • CCAB accountancy qualification/s
  • management experience

Responsibility

  • all day-to-day financial processing activities including supplier and customer invoice processing, making employee expenses payments, and cash and bank reconciliations including cash flow forecasting
  • attend Board, sub-committee and strategic meetings as required to support discussion and strategic decision-making and organisational development
  • contribute to development initiatives across the organisation
  • production of expenditure and other financial reports to meet funder requirements
  • analysis of trends and performance across all areas of the organisation
  • support the Management Team and Trustees with all policy and governance requirements including review and development of organisational policies and procedures
  • comply with all hvoss policies and procedures and engage in training as required
  • accountable to hvoss Chief Executive
