Responsibility
- participate in training and professional development of other staff members
- to take direction from and to undertake such other duties as requested by the Herefordshire Headway Management team and Board of Trustees
- assist in the maintenance of a safe, warm, clean, and comfortable environment
- support individuals in the day centre to meet their hygiene, dietary, and other physical needs
- attend mandatory training as required
