- the coordination of vendor due diligence and management of the readiness for sale checklist
- setting up and ongoing management/ maintenance of Datarooms
- analysing and collation of documentation to be uploaded to each Dataroom including review for consistency, accuracy and general preparedness for sale
- liaising with search agencies and obtaining search results
- obtaining EPCs
- obtaining Official Copies and title documents from the Land Registry and other general Land Registry tasks
- verification of Tenancy Schedules
- managing third party access to Datarooms
Requirements
- preferably will have successfully completed LPC or equivalent
- experience dealing with Datarooms or large-scale transactions
- familiarity with IT packages
- law degree or other undergraduate degree
- ideally previous paralegal work within the Real Estate sector and/or experience of working in a large, international law firm
