Responsibility

  • develop and maintain detailed 3D models of MEP systems using Revit software
  • you will collaborate closely with our design team to develop detailed 3D models and accurate drawings for MEP systems
  • generate accurate and clear mechanical drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, based on project requirements
  • your primary responsibility will be to create, modify, and maintain Revit models, ensuring they align with project specifications and industry standards
  • collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the design intent is accurately reflected in the Revit models
  • review and analyze project documentation, such as specifications, sketches, and design drawings, to extract relevant information for modeling
  • coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes and conflicts within the models, ensuring smooth integration of MEP systems
  • perform quality checks on Revit models and drawings to verify compliance with company standards and project specifications

Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with Revit software, with a focus on the mechanical discipline
  • proficiency in creating 3D models and producing mechanical drawings using Revit
  • knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within building designs
  • familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to mechanical engineering
  • ability to interpret and understand project specifications, sketches, and design drawings
  • excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working on complex projects
  • good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the engineering team and other stakeholders
  • self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
