Responsibility
develop and maintain detailed 3D models of MEP systems using Revit software
you will collaborate closely with our design team to develop detailed 3D models and accurate drawings for MEP systems
generate accurate and clear mechanical drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, based on project requirements
your primary responsibility will be to create, modify, and maintain Revit models, ensuring they align with project specifications and industry standards
collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the design intent is accurately reflected in the Revit models
review and analyze project documentation, such as specifications, sketches, and design drawings, to extract relevant information for modeling
coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes and conflicts within the models, ensuring smooth integration of MEP systems
perform quality checks on Revit models and drawings to verify compliance with company standards and project specifications
Requirements
minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with Revit software, with a focus on the mechanical discipline
proficiency in creating 3D models and producing mechanical drawings using Revit
knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within building designs
familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to mechanical engineering
ability to interpret and understand project specifications, sketches, and design drawings
excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working on complex projects
good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the engineering team and other stakeholders
self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
