Working hours

Responsibility

  • managing our online shops . This includes picking, packing and invoicing any orders
  • dealing with returns and customer complaints
  • answering customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • taking orders from customers and entering them onto our computer system
  • assisting the sales team by sending out quotes to customers and maintaining customer databases
  • creating delivery notes and sales invoices using Sage 50 Accounts
  • booking couriers and creating shipping labels
  • administration support to other members of staff

Requirements

  • ability to learn and retain information
  • good computer skills essential
  • experience of using Sage 50 Accounts
  • must be able to work on own initiative
  • excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • must be comfortable taking incoming calls and making outgoing calls
