Responsibility

  • henry Adams Lettings is delighted to have a vacancy for a full time negotiator at our busy Chichester Lettings branch. We will consider both experienced Lettings/Sales professionals as well as trainees
  • working in one of our busiest lettings offices the role will involve overseeing the initial stages of the lettings lifecycle from speaking to potential new clients, visiting properties, conducting viewings and arranging tenancies
  • the suitable candidate will have a genuine drive to deliver the highest possible service standards and ensure compliance with the relevant legislation at all times
  • we wish to find a candidate with a will to succeed and hopefully over time to advance their career to upper management levels
