Responsibility
- suitable candidates will also have previous childcare experience working in a baby room, or as a Baby Room Leader
- to support and facilitate the preparation and completion of activities to suit each individual child’s stage of development and interests
- to support all staff to develop their role within the team especially with regard as a key person
- to ensure that meal times are a time of pleasant social sharing
- we are a homely, caring and cheerful nursery based in Henllys Cwmbran, and we require a Baby Room Leader to work with our under 2’s
- washing and changing children as required
- applicants must have a minimum level 3 qualification and have a current Paediatric First Aid certificate, Child Protection and Food Hygiene certificates, as well as an enhanced DBS
- to develop and maintain strong partnerships and communications with parents/carers to facilitate day-to-day caring and early learning needs
