Responsibility

  • responsible for dealing with real estate agents and property management
  • comprehensively control and supervise the cost, quality, schedule and safety of the whole process of project development , and handle all events in the process of project development
  • responsible for the formulation of the overall objectives of each construction project of the company, forming the overall progress plan, capital plan and human resources plan, and organizing the implementation after the company's approval
  • responsible for the coordination of major issues involved in the operation of the project company and the realization of the overall goal of the construction project
  • responsible for coordinating the relationship between relevant functional departments of the company and the government to keep them in good condition

Requirements

  • holders of British citizenship or permanent residence
  • bachelor degree or above in architecture, engineering, real estate or related field
  • with keen business sense and excellent work performance
  • energetic, efficient executive and communication skills, able to work under great pressure, with good professional ethics
