- assist in the design and development of new construction projects
- assist in the fabrication and fabrication management of new construction projects
- assist in the fabrication and fabrication management of existing projects
- provide support for project management, project coordination, and project tracking
- perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
Requirements
- ability to work independently with little supervision or guidance when necessary
- ability to work on a computer for project management purposes
- ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, vendors’ employees, and other team members
- ability to perform basic math calculations
- ability to work on a team with other team members, including but not limited to: subcontractors, designers, architects, and engineers
- autoCAD: 2 years
