HELPTHEMOVE is looking for employees for positions:

customer service executive

Responsibility

  • handling stage one inbound and outbound client and partner calls
  • responding to stage one client emails/queries within the business SLA
  • building strong relationships with clients and the wider internal team
  • maintaining client records, recording contact information
  • use of Excel
  • data interrogation, analysis and quality validation checks
  • liaising with B2B clients to obtain the missing information to improve sales conversion rates
  • providing debt clearance support to our clients, liaising with our energy partner

Requirements

  • experience maintaining a high standard of service, handling inbound customer queries over the telephone and over email is essential
  • excellent communication skills
  • methodical and organised approach, with a keen eye for detail
  • confident, builds rapport with peers internally and externally
  • ability to work on own initiative
  • ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise a high-volume, varied workload to support the ongoing growth and evolution of the business
  • effective planning and problem-solving skills
  • previous internal and/or client-facing training experience is desirable
