Responsibility

  • position: Advice Centre Office Manager
  • location: Helping Hands Community Trust, 66-68 Blaby Road, South Wigston, LE18 4SD
  • managing relevant aspects of BrightHR such as recording line managed staff absences and annual leave requests and ensuring records are up to date and accurate
  • managing day to day IT and communications requirements, liaising with our IT and telecommunications suppliers when technical issues arise and addressing these to ensure there are effective communications systems
  • lead on all aspects of social media and our website ensuring we raise awareness of HHCT and we have a strong presence to encourage people to access our services
  • ad-hoc duties commensurate with the role of Office Manager
  • managing and taking responsibility for fire tests, fire drills, evacuation procedures and ensuring the equipment is maintained
