managing relevant aspects of BrightHR such as recording line managed staff absences and annual leave requests and ensuring records are up to date and accurate
managing day to day IT and communications requirements, liaising with our IT and telecommunications suppliers when technical issues arise and addressing these to ensure there are effective communications systems
lead on all aspects of social media and our website ensuring we raise awareness of HHCT and we have a strong presence to encourage people to access our services
ad-hoc duties commensurate with the role of Office Manager
managing and taking responsibility for fire tests, fire drills, evacuation procedures and ensuring the equipment is maintained
