Responsibility
- manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding processes
- assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation
- maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- support the payroll process by maintaining employee data and assisting with timesheet management
- coordinate and administer employee benefits, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries
- monitoring staff lateness and sickness
- assist with employee training and development initiatives
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
- experience working in the social care sector or with vulnerable populations
- proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar HR role
- strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
- excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
