Responsibility
- to assist with the maintenance of the documentation stored on the Quality Sharepoint platform
- undertake proof reading of procedures and other quality documents
- creation of fillable PDF forms. Maintenance of company records stored on multiple online portals
- manage and maintain supplier records held on ERP system
- prepare reports showing the status of the documents
- follow up with internal departments, regarding non conformities raised from External / Internal sources
- maintenance of the calibration records / system
- provide weekly updates circulated within the business regarding changes to the Company Management System Sharepoint
Requirements
- an experienced administrator, with some experience / knowledge of working in a quality department would be preferable but is not essential
- experience of Microsoft SharePoint at Intermediate level
