- maintaining records and following procedures as per the Company’s ISO9001/AS9100D quality system
- lead company inspections for annual QMS audits and Ad hoc customer visits
- review of technical drawings ensuring that components conform to the required specifications and dimensions
- identify and document any non-conformances and work with the production team to resolve any issues
- investigating customers NCRs
- maintain accurate records of inspections and test results
- perform patrol, in-process and final inspections of precision turned and milled components, using various inspection tools and equipment, including Coordinate Measuring Machine s and micrometers
- be flexible in their duties/responsibilities and perform other duties which reasonably correspond to the general character of their job
Requirements
- proficiency in the use of inspection tools and equipment
- experience in setting and operating CNC machines
- experience of working within an ISO9001 /AS9100 QMS environment
- thorough understanding of engineering drawings
- experience in root cause analysis and resolution
- at least 1 year of experience in inspection of machined components
- quality assurance: 1 year
