HELI ONE ENGINEERING is looking for employees for positions:

payroll

  • payroll

  • operations director

Responsibility

  • oversee and provide support with processing monthly data input, checking transactions, reports, etc
  • maintaining transactional payroll files
  • provide support in benchmarking current practices to understand and propose leading edge processes, tools and capabilities to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • oversee and provide support with processing annual payroll changes - salary increases, bonuses, appointments
  • working knowledge of the Payroll Year End Process – P45, P11D, P60 or equivalent
  • provide support in managing implementations of payroll processing and payroll system integrations across all countries
  • preparing various reports for the Finance Department along with HR team as requested
  • work closely with Senior Payroll Analyst on ad hoc projects as and when required

Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years progressive payroll experience in an international environment
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • ability to work towards tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • must be adaptable and flexible in periods of change
  • experience/knowledge of international payroll beneficial
  • analytical mind-set that is capable to innovate and improve existing processes
  • desirable – European payroll qualification and/or degree in accounting, business or related field
