HELI ONE ENGINEERING is looking for employees for positions:
payroll
Responsibility
- oversee and provide support with processing monthly data input, checking transactions, reports, etc
- maintaining transactional payroll files
- provide support in benchmarking current practices to understand and propose leading edge processes, tools and capabilities to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- oversee and provide support with processing annual payroll changes - salary increases, bonuses, appointments
- working knowledge of the Payroll Year End Process – P45, P11D, P60 or equivalent
- provide support in managing implementations of payroll processing and payroll system integrations across all countries
- preparing various reports for the Finance Department along with HR team as requested
- work closely with Senior Payroll Analyst on ad hoc projects as and when required
Requirements
- minimum of 3 years progressive payroll experience in an international environment
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- ability to work towards tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- must be adaptable and flexible in periods of change
- experience/knowledge of international payroll beneficial
- analytical mind-set that is capable to innovate and improve existing processes
- desirable – European payroll qualification and/or degree in accounting, business or related field
