Responsibility
- create a welcoming and friendly environment for young people, families and our clinicians
- respond to inbound phone inquiries and call back requests from families and professionals
- take the lead on scheduling appointments
- be knowledgeable about the services Held offers and inform families of available appointments/pathways
- manage the main email inbox and the prescription inbox
- record and maintain accurate client records
- ensure confidentiality is upheld
- assist with billing and invoicing
Requirements
- experience in engaging with families
- experience in an administrative role, preferably in the mental health care industry
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- the ability to adjust to and manage competing priorities
- attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- proficient with office software
- high level of professionalism and dedication to providing the best experience for families and clinicians
- A willingness to learn
