Responsibility
the successful candidate needs to have an excellent and friendly telephone manner as well as being well organised
whilst the distribution of incoming calls is the priority, the role also entails a level of general office administration
some administration tasks will also be included
an initial phone interview will be carried out with a further in person interview for the successful candidate
hours 9am -4pm but can be flexible including reducing hours to suit school pick ups etc
handling around 200 – 250 calls per day over six lines you will be responsible for forwarding these calls to the relevant people in an efficient and effective manner
our customers are key to the continual growth of the business and we would be looking for someone who understands the importance of putting clients and the quality of service first
Requirements
ability to communicate well with others
previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
good organisational skills
organises time and workload effectively with the ability to prioritise
professional and approachable at all times, always displaying a positive, willing and flexible manner
