- answering telephone calls; taking messages or directing calls to appropriate person
- filing calibration certificates for test equipment, noting when calibration is due and organising re-calibration
- stock control and ordering PPE and branded clothing
- booking couriers and freight for deliveries and collections
- filing Proof of Delivery and Collections and email to customers
- filing test certificates for hire equipment and emailing to customers
- maintaining customer contact records
