Responsibility

  • responding to emails and enquiries in a timely manner
  • to support the management function in the maximising rental returns and minimising tenancy 'void’ periods
  • handling online booking system for long and short-lets
  • chasing tenants on rental payments
  • taking rental payments and issuing payment confirmations
  • carrying out viewings
  • dealing with contract signings - checking all required documents are collected and issued
  • carrying out inventories on check-in/check-outs

Requirements

  • willingness to Learn
  • good interpersonal skills and be able to build a rapport with tenants
  • knowledge of Social Media Platforms - in particular Facebook and Instagram
  • excellent written and verbal communication
  • excellent telephone manner
  • capable of working within defined targets and deadlines
  • logical thinking with creative problem-solving attitude
  • able to respond positively to challenges
