administrator
Responsibility
- first point of contact for enquiries from organisations applying for our expanding range of funding programmes
- administer our funding programmes for individuals, including ordering goods, liaising with suppliers and applicants and managing monthly reporting
- importing and administering applications for a wide range of funding programmes
- ensuring all required documentation for assessment has been submitted
- to effectively administer the end of grant monitoring process of all successful awards
- to prioritise and manage workload in line with grant making cycles
- organising meetings and ensuring consistent, accurate and high-quality decisions are recorded from grant making panels
- to work with the wider team on the general running of the office
Requirements
- effective organisational skills, including prioritising, so that deadlines and tasks are delivered on time, accurately and with attention to detail
- excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
- ability to interpret and process information accurately and provide clearly written documents
- use of a wide range of communication skills, including oral, written and presentation
- ability to work effectively with a wide range of people and agencies
- intermediate IT proficiency, including Microsoft Packages
- strong self-motivation and self-starter
