the successful applicant should be able to demonstrate good basic education
liaising professionally with patient booking services
co-operating in the introduction of new procedures, policies or technology, assisting managers in its implementation
setting up and maintaining filing systems ensuring all documents are accurately and are appropriately archived in line with Information Governance
the Patient Support Technician is a dual role which will be responsible for providing and managing day to day administrative work, including typing of Clinical correspondence, receptionist duties and management of appointment booking system
taking responsibility for patient’s notes by implementing secretarial and administrative policies to track medical records and referral letters
