Responsibility
ensures all patient record keeping is clear and up to date
ensures clinician productivity by maintaining calendars; scheduling patient appointments; consultations; professional meetings, conferences, and teleconferences
ensures all billing information is correctly gathered and invoicing is done in a timely manner
maintains the highest level of confidentiality for all One Heart Clinic Patients
ensures that all tasks are kept up to date with clear notes about communications to patients and all other record keeping
represents One Heart Clinic by answering incoming telephone calls; recording and transmitting messages; scheduling, receiving, and announcing scheduled patients and visitors; screening unscheduled patients and visitors; arranging referrals to other health care providers; scheduling appointments for consultations, x-rays, lab tests, MRI's, CT scans, etc
secures information by completing database back-ups
maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt
