Responsibility

  • responding to customer service-related emails, marketplace messages and phone calls
  • picking and packing orders, from start to finish
  • stock file management to ensure our stock levels are always correct
  • liaising with our courier daily to ensure our parcels are sent off each day without delay
  • creating new, and edit existing product descriptions for the website
  • calling customers if further information for their order is required
  • placing orders with our suppliers to ensure we always have enough stock through our stock management system
  • keeping the office and the stockroom clean and tidy at all times

Requirements

  • previous customer service experience
  • basic computer skills
  • stock file management experience
  • previous experience with WordPress
  • customer service: 2 years
