Responsibility
- provide excellent customer service
- keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products & remove or replace required products
- escort customers to the appropriate aisle or shelve in order to assist with purchasing decisions
- make sure the store is always clean, safe & in order
- prepare store displays and ensure that products are accurately labelled
- identify what products are running low & order replacements
- work at the till and process customer cash or card payments
- staff will be expected to work in any area of the company in order to complete objectives
Requirements
- good communication & people skills
- experience working in a supermarket
- good attention to detail
- till handling
- able to stand for lengthy periods of time
- retail sales: 1 year
- customer service: 1 year
- you should be at least 18 years of age and available to work morning, evening and weekend shifts depending on your rota
