Responsibility
- processing of sales orders in a timely manner
- be the first line of contact for customers via telephone or emails
- ensure all sales orders are captured and loaded onto the Navision system
- check all PODs to ensure pricing is correct and delivered quantities are correct
- location: Burton
- liaise with customers and company sales representatives
- ensure all customer queries are handed quickly and efficiently in a professional manner
- show awareness of departmental budget constraints and work in a cost effective manner

- exceptional attention to detail
- experience of Microsoft Navision or any ERP System in regards to Stock and Sales Order Processing
- good Time Management abilities
- good oral and written communication skills
- ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
