- you will typically carry out multiple visits to people in their homes and travel time and mileage between visits will be paid
- lone working is required but only following full training and a shadow period The role offers a lot of working flexibility over 7days period and for working hours; you can work full-time, part-time or simply pick up extra work revolving around your other commitments
- the role of a domiciliary care worker also involves supporting each individual to take as much control in their life as possible, and to exercise their rights, responsibilities and obligations as citizens
