Responsibility

• manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplace accounts
• develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and increase conversion rates
• responsible for maintaining categories and products, ensuring that price changes are implemented in an accurate and timely manner

• conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
• create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing
• communicate issues that arise on the shop with the Manager and external web development teams
• monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
• attend meetings with key people to discuss ecommerce strategies and future plans
• analyse website traffic, sales data, and customer behaviour to identify areas for improvement and implement effective marketing campaigns
• deal with suppliers and manufacturers to source product assets, pricing and technical information
• collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and customer service to enhance the overall online shopping experience
• stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to recommend innovative strategies
• work with the E-Commerce Manager on all aspects of the store including sales and marketing campaigns
