- manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplace accounts
- develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and increase conversion rates
- responsible for maintaining categories and products, ensuring that price changes are implemented in an accurate and timely manner
- conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing
- communicate issues that arise on the shop with the Manager and external web development teams
- monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
- attend meetings with key people to discuss ecommerce strategies and future plans
