junior graphic designer
Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- assist the Marketing team with providing guidance and advice to the team as needed on brand best practices
- regularly monitor and update HRW branded templates, both internal and external
- consistently look for ways to optimise the team workspace from a design perspective
- take ownership of design projects, from conception to delivery and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the business
- work in harmony with the Marketing team and wider HRW team to create a variety of tools and templates including slide decks, infographics, logos, iconography, and whitepapers
Requirements
- you’ll have a stunning portfolio with an outstanding range of work, all with rationale and evidence of the process behind them
- you will be a people-person with the ability to collaborate across the business
- you are passionate about all things design
- you have min 1-2 years’ experience in a graphic design role and are looking for a role you can “own” and add your own creative spin to
- you will be highly creative, digitally adept, and passionate in understanding and executing briefs to the highest possible standards with the resources provided
- you will assist marketing in making smart creative decisions to promote HRW’s brand and will also offer support and guidance to the Senior Leadership Group and Marketing Team
