- travel to clients' homes within a designated area to provide care and support services
- assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration
- assist clients with daily tasks, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
- we are currently recruiting community care workers on behalf of a major care provider who are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join their team and provide high-quality care to their clients in their own homes
- communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members to ensure the highest level of care and support
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- must be flexible to travel at least 30 minutes
- previous experience as a care worker or in a related field
- valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- flexibility and adaptability
- compassion and commitment to providing high-quality care
- home care: 1 year
