I’m writing this review to try to help others not fall for working for this company. The Ricketts family are rude disrespectful and don’t have any idea how to run a company. The CEO is aggressive and has no professional management skills. The contract of employment they provide you with is just like being employed on a 0hr basis. The job you are pushed to your limits and the company want every single hour of your digi card. The pay is decent when you finally receive the top rate you will be meeting with the head of mechanic (deleted by the administrator) who has no people skills what so ever like his sister(deleted by the administrator) and the CEO (deleted by the administrator). The Mechanic Boss will intimidate you and make you feel so small. The company is running on thin strings and the management is all over the place. There’s no formal agreement and you have to deal with 3 4 5 different people. I was placed on the attics which is ran by the (deleted by the administrator). She has no idea on supporting her staff or treating them with respect. Her partner (deleted by the administrator) does the planing while he’s driving down the road and can be blunt with you and has no respect he pushes you like your a little dog saying get that one there drive asap. Also talkes down to you when there’s an issue. The company as a hole is poor and I recently was dismissed for speaking up about a bully who had worked at the company for over 20years they are a bad outfit the trucks are poorly maintained they can’t hold down any staff or mechanics because of the way they handle you as a person. I would personally not recommend this company to anyone your better of not giving them your time or respect as you won’t receive any back
