Responsibility
overseeing and managing a portfolio of 2 – 4 clients, as well as internal led campains
developing and maintaining relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for digital media-related topics
working closely with the media strategy & activation teams to develop and execute effective digital media campaigns that meet client objectives
collaborating with account management teams to understand client objectives and develop effective media plans that deliver against these goals
developing digital media plans that align with the clients' objectives and target audience
managing all aspects of campaign implementation, including budget management, campaign set-up, and performance monitoring
providing accurate and timely campaign reporting to clients, including performance analysis and insights
working with media buying teams to negotiate and secure media placements that maximize campaign reach and effectiveness
Requirements
very good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media partners, and vendors
excellent command of both English and Romanian languages
analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
several years of experience in digital media account management, with a strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns
experience with digital media buying platforms and ad servers
bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
