Responsibility
- monitoring and Testing: Conduct routine monitoring and testing of water systems for temperature, pH levels, and microbial content
- cleaning and Disinfection: Perform cleaning and disinfection of water systems, including tanks, cooling towers, and hot and cold water systems
- remedial Works: Carry out remedial works as required to ensure water systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations
- documentation: Maintain accurate records and produce detailed reports on all work carried out
- compliance: Ensure all activities comply with current health and safety regulations and company standards
- client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, providing advice and recommendations on maintaining water hygiene
- training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices and regulations
Requirements
- experience: Previous experience in water hygiene or a related field is desirable but not essential
- skills: Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and implement water hygiene protocols
- communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
- attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
- driving Licence: Full, clean UK driving licence
- flexibility: Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
