  • advertising Vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in the right media including online and social media
  • headhunting the right candidates
  • calling through existing candidate databases to understand candidates needs
  • referencing and making sure the candidates are suitable for the role
  • briefing candidates on the roles we have available, communication is key
  • meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets

Requirements

  • no experience necessary but would be advantageous to have experience in sales, marketing or any customer focused role
