  • ensure agreed action points get diarised, action and completed as per the business process
  • trainee Paraplanner required! Ideally you will have some experience gained with a financial planning firm probably in a support capacity. We'll train you and support you to be a paraplanner at our firm
  • oversee and monitor the new client and new business process liaising with the administration team and keeping the paraplanner appraised of next steps

Requirements

  • some technical knowledge of Financial Services products
  • highly organised, methodical, analytical, and disciplined
  • highly numerate
  • shows initiative and takes personal responsibility for completing tasks
  • able to work within defined business processes
  • experience working in a support capacity within a Financial Planning Firm, with 2 years experience
  • adopts a positive attitude, willing to assist others when busy
  • able to work under pressure on occasions to achieve deadlines
