- digitising artwork and creating logo using Wilcom software. User must have over 1 years experience in using this software
- managing artwork to be sent to client for pre-approval
- organising and prioritising incoming orders, based on volume and quantity / turnaround to be embroidered
- liaising with clients directly by email or over the phone, prior to production
- experienced in allocating Madeira thread to matching pantone colours or Corporate branding
- this role is vital to the running of the business and will appeal to the type of person who wants to make a difference and make things happen
