- ensure the weekly payment run is prepared, reviewed, and paid on time each week
- ensure any other payments are paid on time and in-line with policy
- ensure all processes are documented and available to other members of the team to ensure business continuity
- liaising with suppliers and associates and responding to queries promptly
- recording of payments made on accounting system
- supporting the Corporate finance team and the wider business
